football_is_fixed was established to achieve 6 prime aims:-
1. To expose and confront the corruption and manipulation that blights the beautiful game.
2. To address the regulatory framework that allows such corruption and manipulation.
3. To optimise the betting/ trading process by providing blue sky thinking, holistic overviews, rules and general hints relating to the gambling experience.
4. To place football in the strata of the global spectacular society and to address feedback loops with other sectors.
5. To react to real-time current affairs utilising dietrologia (the science of what is behind something).
6. To celebrate proper football.
As an active trader on football, financial and political markets, I will endeavour to provide real information relating to the above.
I manage a small team of Market Analysts and I will involve the expertise of my colleagues where valid.
We utilise a Unified Trading Model (UTM) to play the markets and it is only in isolationist areas of our proprietary trading that we will withhold information and data.
On rare occasions, we may provide details of our speculative open/ closed positions but such utterances should be regarded as indications and not trading advices.
In many ways, the fact that football is corrupt has minimal effect on our trading operation as the UTM enables us to proactively participate in any market structure. However, we would prefer to see a clean, competitive and real sporting event rather than theatre in which the outcome is very often determined by global betting patterns.
