The tweets, threads, internal documents and bulletins below this brief post give a background to the EXCLUSIVE disclosures by the Football is Fixed Network of the corruptions and matchfixing surrounding Liverpool, Brighton And Hove Albion, AFC Bournemouth and Southampton, the corresponding bias against Manchester City, the fixing of the FA Cup and all BT Sport live matches, the dichotomous agendas against Jose Mourinho and in favour of Ole Gunnar Solskjaer at Manchester United and the murder, matchfixing and regime change at Leicester City.

In this particular post we look at the refereeing of the above match databases.

NB We have converted referee bias into a Goals Per Game Bias (G/G) parameter (e.g. +0.44) which is a proprietary analytic specific to our network.
In short it addresses referee bias over decisions given incorrectly, given correctly, not given incorrectly or not given correctly, weighted in relation to criticality of the incident.
The X-X-X figures represent Win-Draw-Loss under that official.
All data includes both referee and 4th official as we possess evidences (to be disclosed in our forthcoming book) that the decision-making is two-way in EPL games (particularly so when there is a senior 4th official to a junior referee).

Referees Not In Favour Of Manchester City

These same five referees have demonstrated the following G/G biases on Manchester City games. Their positions on Man City matches have been neutral.

Referees Closely Linked To Tony Bloom, Brighton & Hove Albion Football Club And Liverpool

The outcomes of over 90% of Brighton And Hove Albion Premier League matches have been known to the markets pre-match i.e. they are matchfixing events.

The template is complex as Tony "The Lizard" Bloom has a reputation to launder but, in effect, we can separate out the Brighton games into three separate databases - these are selected due to Bloom's activities in the global betting markets and his linkage with the Liverpool cartel of clubs.

So, the three databases are i) all Brighton matches at Asian Handicap 1.0 or above, ii) Liverpool cartel matches (including non-BHAFC games) and iii) the rest of Brighton's matches.

There have been 19 matches in total of type i) and of type ii).

The officials have been chosen highly selectively with Scott getting seven games and Friend six with a third of referees not being chosen for any of these 19 games.

In the other Brighton matches (type iii), the favourable biases have come from Friend, Taylor and Oliver with a combined 4-2-0 +0.71

All five officials - Tierney, Mason, Friend, Oliver and Scott - covered the five game run to the FA Cup Semi Final by the Seagulls, at least one on each game as referee, 4th official or VAR official - nothing left to chance... 

In the five game run, the average G/G was +0.55 on a 4-1-0 progression. Tierney was also the VAR referee in the Semi Final when Brighton were finally defeated by a vastly superior Manchester City team.
We understand that it has been known for a while that Friend will get the Final this year.

Brighton's matchfixing began in earnest with the corruption to gain promotion from the Championship featuring Select Group II referees who are now active in the EPL (see Tiraspol server for details on █████ █████ and █████).

Referees Biased In Favour Of Manchester United Since Appointment Of Solskjaer

The two most biased officials favouring the new Manchester United manager have been Oliver and Scott 4-1-0 +2.10 (although figures distorted by one fixed game in which they were both officiating).

But it should be added that Man Utd have been the most favoured EPL team since Solskjaer arrived despite losing seven of the last nine games (in all competitions).

We have evidences that there was an attempted corruption of the FA Cup this season involving United, Brighton, Palace and QPR with the aim of controlling the competition all the way to the Final which is expected to be refereed by Kevin Friend (see above).

Palace were given Friend/Mason, Dean/Mason and Friend/Scott/Pawson on their cup run.
Man Utd were given Moss, Pawson/Tierney, and Friend on their cup run.
Brighton got Oliver/Pawson, Mason/Pawson, Tierney/Moss, Scott, Friend and Tierney on their cup run.

How are these selections made?

Other Corrupt Templates In Season 2018/19

All market analysts understand that the BT Sport live matches are the most corrupted Premier League games.

So, which referees have appeared most frequently on these BT Sport fixed events this season? - Oliver 10, Tierney 9, Dean 7. Pawson 7 and Kavanagh 7.

Michael Oliver has the most explaining to do as his input is biased to statistically significant levels across the systemic corruptions outlined above.

With the honourable twisted support of Moss, Pawson and Dean, the five primary officials covered above are connected and interlinked across the main systemic corruptions in EPL season 2018/19 - the bias towards Liverpool over Manchester City in the title race, the salvation of Brighton and Hove Albion in the relegation battle, the fairy tale Brighton run to the FA Cup Semi Finals, the fixing of all Brighton games at +1.0 handicaps, the internalised corruptions around all of the matches between Liverpool, Brighton, Bournemouth and Southampton, the aiding of Solskjaer's Man Utd and the corruption of BT Sport live matches.

Why do these same referees not only get selected but then behave in a biased manner on these EPL matches? Some referees are able to impact on two games in a window via referee and 4th official roles - no other major league in the world allows this degree of specific referee control.

How are the relationships that we have shown between BHAFC and the Starlizard betting consortium (owned by Bloom) impacting upon the integrity of games?
We have evidences of entirely inappropriate linkages based on Bloom controlling access to market for a certain quality of organisation and individual (see next post).
Why is a professional gambling football club owner allowed to run the biggest betting syndicate in Europe while matchfixing games and trading on non-regulated underground markets?
Moreover, why is this reptile even allowed to own a football club under FPPT rules?

Why are Liverpool, Brighton, Bournemouth and Southampton allowed to link in this cartelised way - every single event between these teams have been fixed (plus the Bournemouth v Brighton FA Cup tie) with our network having evidences of the outcomes pre-match for all events? Why do BT Sport (an entity very closely associated with PGMOB on an array of levels) repeatedly have the same few match officials on their live tv matches and why are match outcomes so correlated with certain market inputs?

How are these bookies aware of match outcomes pre-match?
Are they hackers?
Are they wizards?
Or are they fucking corrupt?

These betting market patterns and the information made available by Broker █████ show the massive profits being made on the matchfixing of these games and the asset stripping of our sport.

The corruption has been particularly onerous this season due to vacuum vacated by Scudamore disappearing to his offshore financial centre and a fragmentation of the global betting infrastructure as the EPL has become an increasingly cornered entity - a number of SE Asian firms will no longer accept trades from clients based in (or known to be linked to) the UK, Gibraltar and Malta.

Update - Apr 28 2019 - Oliver's performance in Leicester v Arsenal was questionable particularly as markets knew outcome pre-match while Tierney denies Man City a clear handball penalty at 0-0 in the vital game at Burnley although City are proving very resilient to external handicapping.
Without referee bias, City would have sealed the title at Old Trafford last Wednesday.

This is a farcical degree of control among a small number of match officials happening repeatedly to corrupt betting market matrices...

NB: The entity corrupting the EPL this season has a history of inverting systemic corruptions in the aftermath of public disclosure (in a desperate attempt to undermine the meesenger).

But, as it stands currently, the interesting fact is that the selection of match officials for Premier League games is both biased and criminalised.

Update - April 30 2019 - The furore about the selection of Friend on social media is matched by absolute silence on the appointment at BBC and BT Sport (the two companies showing the FA Cup) and at the captured broadsheets of the Guardian and Telegraph. Doping In The Premier League 2018/19

Following Manchester City's EPL title triumph and unprecedented quadruple, the pseudo-'journalists' employed to feed you fake have been focusing on Man City ownership and on alleged advantage via doping.

So first let's look at doping in the EPL this season and then the issue of club ownership.

We utilise 26 parameters/inputs to determine when a team is doping, what they are doping with (and hence the likely length of window of doping) and what the impact is likely to be on the players when the hyperdermics are returned to the medicine cabinet. Solskjaer is not a miracle in any way shape or form.

Liverpool are receiving the seasonal "Leicester City Fairy Tale" booster. Bias in officiating on Liverpool games is following the evolution of the La Liga template - █████ by assistants and █████.

Unless a club is owned or very very closely affiliated with the █████ cartel of crooked UK agents, they should not employ players represented by any of these agencies because player loyalty is always towards the matchfixing agents rather than moving a team forwards performing professionally and with integrity.

This May Day Bank Holiday Weekend sees the self-styled Richest Game in World Football when Aston Villa and Derby County (The 32 Red Derby) go head-to-head at the Food Mall to seek more than a £170 million plus entry to the Premier League.

If these two teams were to put out the same starting XI's as in the Semi Finals 2nd Leg then 8 of the 22 starters will be represented by the Stellar, Base, Unique and Key Sports grouping of agents (and two more of their clients entered as substitutes).  The promotion of Tranmere Rovers to League One via the Play-Offs has serious integrity issues that need to be addressed.

2) Joyce has allegedly got a high wealth backer █████ and his officiating in the Final versus Newport County was biased. We have seen the result of match officials having external influences on their decision-making before with Elleray, Moss, Clattenburg, Dean etc. It is not conducive to legitimate football. 3) Only Mike Dean has a higher red card per game ratio than Joyce. And Dean being a Tranmere fan was at all three games (obviously in unofficial capacity, as always). Joyce has got a dodgy match pedigree since being promoted as youngest referee in 2015 following a highly suspicious Conference Play Off Final between Bristol Rovers and Grimsby Town.

 4) The Play Off Semi Final between Tranmere Rovers and Forest Green Rovers was also corrupted in both games. Here are some comments from Forest Green Rovers' manager Mark Cooper: "I don't think they really wanted us to be in the Final... For anyone who watched the two games, I don't think anyone can say we were given a fair crack at it."

 5) Why was Eddie Ilderton who officiated as referee at the highly dubious Forest Green v Tranmere Second Leg also 4th Official at the Final? In his two Tranmere games this season he has sent off three opponents.

 When the Football is Fixed network began to make assertions about inappropriate linkages between certain █████ agents in October 2013, the cartel devised a strategy to establish secondary and tertiary levels of sub-agents overseen by the parent outfits. Players moved between agents and sub-agents, disguising ownership, and third party ownership became the norm (despite its illegality). This multiple (hidden/ disguised) ownership of players was made more opaque by the utilisation of a pyramid of linked sub-agents.
By the time these 'agents-third-party-owning-other-agents' structures are cartelised up to the full network, you can have matches in the Premier League and the Championship where well over 50% of the players on the field of play are represented by this agent/sub-agent web.

This produces extensive opportunities for matchfixing and associated insider trading as excessive market control is leveraged through the global betting markets.

Club Deportivo Maldonado is a Uruguayan Second Division club used by agents and third party owners to launder players into the European game without such players ever appearing for the Maldonado side. When Bloomberg investigated the hidden ownership of the club in 2014 they discovered English racehorse owner Malcolm Caine and London lawyer Graham Shear were in control. Argentinian newspaper 'La Nacion' claims that Jonathan Barnett (co-owner of the Stellar agency) is also linked to Maldonado. Caine co-owns several horses with Barnett.

 Third party ownership of players by agents is a problem because, if you don't know which investment vehicles own the player, coercion/ persuasion and matchfixing are liable to seep into the game.
Third party ownership of sub-agents by agents makes detection of these illicit structures much more problematical.
The cartelised networking of this process between a web of agents further opaques this reality.
But it is the third party takeover of clubs by agents where the ultimate matchfixing templates reside.

The victory by Charlton Athletic over Sunderland in the Battle of the Betdaqs League One Play Off Final had theatre offstage.

 Sunderland have been backgrounded by ropey characters who have deflated the club in order to take control (similar to situation at Falkirk in personnel who are using integrity violations to take control). The failure to gain promotion blows a £██ million short-term hole in the revenue streams of one particular matchfixing entity seeking control of another Championship club.

 The managerial quality of Jack Ross was good enough for St Mirren but not League One where weak strategy produced 19 draws. It will be interesting to see if Mark Campbell wishes to heavily invest in a team travelling to Bury, Fleetwood and Accrington next season.

 As per usual, this affair links Celtic and Sunderland with John Colquhoun trying to steal John Park from Celtic as he continues to asset strip the Parkhead club following the departures of Judas and Congerton to mafia-backed Leicester City.

█████ Premier League clubs and █████ from the Championship have significant integrity issues relating to agents either a) in hidden control of the club, b) in partial control of club, or c) having significant influence over transfers and team selection and performance.
As the Maldonado narrative demonstrates, agents should not control football clubs.

 These teams whose strategies are correlated with the agendas of the agents are able to engage in insider trading and matchfixing either using the clients of the controlling agent or tapping into a network of agents often allowing control of over half of the players on the field of play.

Third party ownership of players, sub-agents and clubs also leads to tax evasion as we are dealing with shell operations where the real identity of owners and investors is opaque.
Moreover, the financial rewards from systemic matchfixing are entirely non-taxable and merely need laundering into the required territory (often by becoming a property magnate a la Gekko).

A couple of further questions regarding these Play Off Finals:

 1) Why is VAR not in operation? Research in Serie A has shown that VAR reduces result-changing errors by referees from one in every three games to one in every 20 and yet the Football League and FA together with the pgMOBsters have stolen the Play Offs without using the technology incorporated into Wembley stadium. Why? Why? Why? Why would you not want to get the correct decision? Newport County could sue.

 2) The PGMOB officials for the 5 Championship Play Offs to determine promotion to the EPL: Villa v WBA (Scott / Hooper); Derby v Leeds (Pawson / Coote); WBA v Villa (Kavanagh / Mason); Leeds v Derby (Taylor / Friend); Villa v Derby (Tierney / Kavanagh).

The UK mainstream media support this fraudulent infrastructure via arrangements with the major agents which are illicit.

 No mainstream newspaper should allow any of the their football journalists to be in the pay of football agents and yet... The Guardian and Telegraph have shown extensive PR bias in favour of clients from Stellar, Base, Unique and Key Sports this season and these advertorials are further disguised by the structures outlined above.

 This week, we have had both papers pushing the "Daniel James & Sean Longstaff to Manchester United" narrative. Stellar represent the former and Beswick Sports the latter (see Server 5.0 over our stuff on Beswick & Stellar).

 Mind you, the paper also thought it important to give us a headline where Alistair Campbell admitted "he voted for a remain party in the EU elections" - war criminal with links to football corruption votes in an election - this is no longer a newspaper.

 Rogue agents have gained control of the Manchester United transfer policy since rogue players underperformed to rid the club of Jose Mourinho and all things Gestifute and these rogue agents will be moving clients and their █████ into the club this summer.

 And, of course, Manchester United games were matchfixed by these rogue agents as soon as the regime change was completed.
