Rogue Inputs And The Destruction Of Integrity

No.

Not the title of a Burning Spear, Protoje or Wailing Souls album but a description of systemic shenanigans that define the Premier League.

We have touched on the significant issues relating to the PGMOL in previous output so today we want to focus on the Stellar / Wasserman / Unique / CAA Base cartel of agents (SWUC).

Let's look at a selection of the weekend EPL games...

NF v Bre - A boiler room scam of an event on every level. Niakhate (Stellar) was red carded for two yellows but, in truth, either yellow could have been branded a red. NF keeper Turner (Wasserman) neatly miscontrolled the ball which nearly led to a goal and should have led to a penalty for the foul as last man. Both of these inputs were significant. Forest player Toffolo (also of Wasserman) was recently given a suspended sentence for betting on games. He should have received at least the same sentence as Ivan Toney of Brentford but didn't due to levers being pulled. Also, Turner needs to work on his body language as, like Joe Hart and Jordan Pickford, he gives far too much away.

Ev v LT - Pickford (Stellar) let in both shots on target and Ashley Young (CAA Base) made the error leading to Luton's opening goal which was scored by Lockyer of Wasserman. Pickford and Young were the two poorest players in the game according to WhoScored?

TH v Liv - Aside from all the other nonsenses, it was Curtis Jones (Wasserman) who condemned Liverpool with his red card challenge in the 26th minute. Jones and Jota were the poorest players in the game according to WhoScored?

NU v Burn - A mistake by Aaron Ramsey led to the decisive goal in Burnley's defeat. Ramsey is represented by Unique and was the worst performing player according to WhoScored?

Ful v Che - The goal that knocked the stuffing out of Fulham came from a dreadful error by Tim Ream (Stellar). It goes without saying that WhoScored? made Ream the most rubbish player on the field of play.

AV v BHA - Veltman made the error leading to AV's second goal. Although Veltman is no longer with Wasserman (on Bloom's insistence), he still has umbilical ties to his original agency. Bloom has eliminated all SWUC clients from BHA other than Stellar players (for reasons of cultural heritage).

But it spreads further into Europe.

Two examples.
Wasserman represent Deportivo Alaves keeper Sivera in La Liga and he has just managed to concede three goals from two shots on target versus Celta Vigo and Osasuna. He was the worst and third worst player in these two games (WhoScored?) and a stationary dustbin would have performed similarly. Alaves lost 3 points from these inputs over the two games.

Stellar represent Baena of Villarreal who elected to get red carded in the 23rd minute of the massive betting event at Getafe on Saturday. The full impact was not achieved thanks to a sterling performance by Villarreal keeper Jorgensen who kept the score 0-0. Guess who WhoScored? thought was the most shit player. Step forward Alex Baena.

Agents, match officials, doping providers and the betting markets are the key demolishing inputs to any integrity in the game and this season is witnessing both far more blatant abuses in each of these areas.
