Manipulations Of The FA Cup
For the third of Newcastle United's four FA Cup games this season, captured match official Jarred Gillett is involved at the Etihad today where he is one of two VAR Officials.
The other VAR Official (the FA Cup is using two for games this season) is Thomas Bramall.
These two referees are closely integrated.
Before a rancid wee man from Stirling levered Gillett into the PGMOL, he was officiating in Japan where he made some intriguing linkages.
Last season, Gillett made the connections to allow Bramall to shoot over to Japan to referee games while the English season was in progress.
Neither Gillett nor the PGMOL are fit for purpose...
... and neither is the FA.
Champions League Draw / The Swiss System
There have already been extensive issues with integrity in UEFA's premier competition - the capturing of the referee selection process by a small cartel of nations, the fixing of the draw, the allowance of doping etc etc.
But the proposals for the Swiss System being introduced next season take the biscuit - a secretive firm hidden away in Hertfordshire will utilise an unseen computer programme to determine the matches in the 2024/25 tournament.
Nobody is allowed to inspect the code underpinning the draws and, equivalently, the software isn't open source.
But.
We can relax because leading accounting firm Ernst & Young will audit the process and vouch for its authenticity.
Several points.
Firstly, UEFA actually considered allowing the top teams to choose their own opponents in next year's Champions League!
Really!!
Then they developed a ruse where that same construct could be created by sleight of hand (see below).
The fake reasons for this process primed for capture and corruption is that the draw would take too long otherwise. This is nonsense. The draw takes the length of time needed to accommodate the complexities introduced into the event by the powers that be. This is a false flag.
The software must be open source. Otherwise the 'ownership' of the mysterious firm will be a target for organised crime (if it isn't already).
The entire concept of the Swiss System doesn't fit with football's historical determination of equivalence for all competitors and it tilts the process in favour of the most powerful teams and organised crime groups who will game the reality to proprietary benefit.
And lastly...

Furthermore, the SEC fined Ernst & Young $100 million "for cheating by its audit professionals on exams required to obtain and maintain Certified Public Accounting Licenses and for withholding evidence of this misconduct from the SEC's Enforcement Division during the Division's investigation of the matter."
Then there are the controversies related to investment banking - Anglo Irish Bank hidden loans scandal, Akai Holdings, tax avoidance schemes relating to the Walt Disney Corporation, Koch Industries, Skype et al.
The firm has form.
Corruption Relating To Points Deductions In The Premier League And Championship
Both of these competitions are becoming boiler room scams due to the amateurish game theorisation of the punishments relating to arbitrarily created rules linked to a rancid wee man from Stirling.
Nobody can bet on the Premier League title race until the Manchester City 'punishment' is announced at some secret date prior to the end of the season.
Nobody can bet on the relegation battle in the Premier League until the league comes clean on points deductions for Everton and Nottingham Forest.
Meanwhile, in the Championship, Leicester City currently lead the pack under Wasserman manager Enzo Maresca.
In this instance, mysteriously, any punishment is to be deferred until next season when Leicester should be back in the Premier League and considerably richer for the occurrence.
Equally mysteriously, a rancid wee man from Stirling has extensive insider traded positions on Leicester being promoted this season.
Sheeesh! What are the chances?
Only insiders in knowledge of these systemic corruptions can trade on the outcomes.

We reported on the mysterious selection of English refereeing teams for the 1st Legs of the UEFA Conference Last 16 events involving two Israeli teams.
Rather excellently, in the 2nd Legs, one referee was from Muslim Bosnia Herzegovina whilst the other officiating team were Italian.
Meanwhile, the UK / Israeli linkages were cemented by Israeli referee Grinfeld enabling Aston Villa to ease past Ajax in the Europa League.
