PGMOB - Please Get Money Off Bookmakers - A Thread

Bulletin (03/04/19) - Mike Dean's 100th red card in the Premier League was at the matchfixing and heavily insider traded event between Wolverhampton Wanderers and Manchester United. The outcome was in the market pre-match and Mr Dean and Mr Young alongside █████, █████, █████ and █████ have some explaining to do.

The Premier League is the most corrupt of the major global football leagues.

A primary input to this corruption is the refereeing and the PGMOB.

Here is one of the multitude of ways to analyse corrupt officials.

When we assess the refereeing in the EPL we see that some match officials are particularly problematical - not only are these officials present when matchfixing is undertaken (as referee, 4th official or VAR) but the match decisions in these corrupted events are positively correlated with the matchfixing at play.
When this repeatedly happens, it is suggestive of a potential rogue official.
We monitor all referees on a key decision(s) per game parameter when such key decision(s) enhances a fix.
We then turn this into an Index (where 100 = 1 key decision supportive of fix per game, 0 = no such decisions and -100 = the referee is, in effect, working against a corruption).

The referees with most to answer are:

Mike Dean +80 (15 events)
Jonathan Moss +73 (15)
Chris Kavanagh +72 (18)
Craig Pawson +58 (18)
Martin Atkinson +60 (17)
Michael Oliver +55 (14)
Paul Tierney +46 (17)
Lee Mason 42 (16)
Graham Scott +41 (16)
Anthony Taylor +38 (21)
Kevin Friend +28 (18)

Each of these officials in season 2018/19 has demonstrated an obviously unintentional bias repeatedly in the direction of the matchfixing strategies linked to a certain entities.
Obviously a fluke...
... as surely this couldn't be deliberate.

Moreover.
Kavanagh, Atkinson, Moss, Mason, Scott and Friend are yet to referee an event this season where the fix hasn't been landed.

Remarkable flukes in the remarkable gambling medium known as the Premier League.
