For two decades the Football Is Fixed Network have been regarded as the top sports' analysts on the planet.
Equivalently, we have 20 years of proof of systemic and / or particular corruptions in the Premier League.
The EPL is not fit for purpose being under the control of organised crime to the extent that a Cartel has been established to enable the systemic corruptions that define all aspects of the Premier League.
Manchester City have appealed the fake Premier League verdict and some members and associates of the Football Is Fixed Network are helping the club owners on the case providing evidences in our possession regarding the lack of due process and the criminalised hidden agendas that are not of integrity.
To get the ball rolling, nothing whatsoever is going to happen to Manchester City FC, the City Group, Sheikh Khaldoon Al Mubarak or Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan. There will be no titles nor trophies lost, no relegations, no mass exodus of players, no nothing.
In comparison, the Premier League's brand has been terminally damaged by the ludicrously self-harming attempt at strategy without due diligence and the complete absence of enhanced scenario analytics enacted by the Football Leaks orchestrator and mastermind (sic) John Colquhoun (The Clown). All aspects of the case have been conspiratorial, coerced or based on deceit.
The Clown is seriously out of his depth (see first article in this series).
The Premier League is going to be sued by Emirati operations and, for its CEO Richard Masters, there is going to be trouble ahead.
This farcical charade will mark the end of the Premier League being regarded as the world's foremost football league brand.
The real winners in this process (aside from Manchester City) will be the simmering European Super League, the FIFA Club World Cup and legitimate non-corrupted leagues like the German Bundesliga and Spain's La Liga.
The portrayed "victory" is not a victory for integrity in football. It is a disaster for English football because it shows that organised crime have taken over the EPL together with its tentacles of corruption with captured elites and media pushing a fake narrative to the fans.
This pseudo construct is not based on reality but is a psychopathic output of the Clown's diseased mind.
In these articles, we will show that mafia activities, blackmailing, extortion, illicit hacking, theft and the arbitrary application of arbitrary rules which are applied subject to hidden agendas by institutional bodies under the direct control of organised crime are behind the charges against Manchester City...
And that the "evidences" behind these charges are contrived, filtered, doctored, finessed and distilled...

Before we have a discussion about what constitutes integrity in the Premier League and English football, let's examine the holistic of the fake charges against Manchester City and the EPL's lack of due process, validity or strategy.
Where Are We Now?
1. Manchester City have appealed the fake charges but, as the independent commission is hardly independent, the club are waiting until the appeal reaches the High Court outside of the captured plarforms of the EPL to disclose most aspects of their "irrefutable evidence".
The word "independent" is illusory in English football.
Take the "independent" tribunal who replaced Southampton with Middlesbrough in last season's Championship Play Offs. Of three members, one was a former Middlesbrough player (David Winnie) while another, Lydia Bannerjee, works for Littleton Chambers, a law firm that, until recently, had represented Middlesbrough FC.
Both individuals refused to recuse themselves and the EFL would offer no comment on this kangaroo tribunal.
Furthermore, Sir Philip Sycamore, the Tribunal Chair, is based at 2 Hare Court Chambers which is shared with both of the EFL barristers at the hearing - Brendan Kelly KC and Amina Graham KC.
Inside World Football state: "The Southampton spygate case has become a major challenge to the EFL's governance and the integrity of its disciplinary function. It is a case that now goes right to the heart of the fundamental legal concept of Natural Justice that frames procedural fairness."
On a more elevated level, three individuals were shortlisted for the post of chair of the Independent Football Regulator whose "independence" was immediately deconstructed by the appointment of David Kogan who hadn't even applied for the post.
Kogan has stated that he will resign if he comes under any political pressure in the Manchester City case while we believe he should resign anyway as he is an appointment puppeted by rogue operators.
If the EPL action against Manchester City wasn't doomed to failure then it would be the parachuted in Kogan who would be meting out the punishments to the club.
We could offer numerous equivalent examples but, suffice to say, there is no independence in English football's "independent" bodies.
2. The Premier League is a psychopathic entity that considers itself to be above the law. So Manchester City were denied any route of appeal to the Court of Arbitration for Sport hence allowing the EPL absolute control over the process and punishment. If a body is so confident about the validity of their alleged evidences then why secrete performativity of process away from established arbitration? It's almost like the EPL has something to hide.
The EPL's inappropriate self perception is also demonstrated by the facts that neither the prime minister nor government were informed of Manchester City's supposed guilt prior to the release of the "evidence". Prime Minister Andy Burnham was unhappy at the lack of warning with the EPL announcement being maliciously timed for the conclusion of Burnham's keynote speech to the Labour Party Conference. The state was also kept in the dark.
Yet the American owners of Arsenal, Liverpool and Manchester United were forewarned of the spectacle. As there is a takeover of English football by US owners and as it is US owners who seek to take control of Manchester City, this is highly relevant (see section on US takeover later in this series of articles).
But, seriously, why were the British state and government kept in the dark while American business people were illuminated?
3. This whole ruse began when Portuguese hacker Rui Pinto blackmailed Doyen Sports over information he had illegally gathered. Colquhoun was working closely with Casey Wasserman (of the eponymous Wasserman Media agency) at the time and saw an opportunity to undermine Jorge Mendes and Gestifute (then the world's largest football agency).
"Evidences" obtained by Pinto were filtered to allow a corrupted body of information for the targeting of Gestifute and, eventually, Manchester City. The process was selective and buried away rogue behaviours by other clubs.
Additionally, contracts and information was physically stolen from clubs around Europe where organised crime had influence with the most interesting theft being by Liverpool FC who stole information from Manchester City. Liverpool paid a £1 million fine without admitting responsibility and the Premier League swept the episode under the carpet. It was claimed at the time that Liverpool had hacked City but much of the information was an internal theft.
Knowledge that has been hacked, stolen, distilled and filtered is the basis for these contrived charges by the EPL.
All accountancy, legal and consultancy firms bend the rules of legality to gain an edge for their clients - that is what they are paid for. Every single major club utilises financial and legal sleights of hand to gain a nudge advantage in their sector. We have extensive evidences of this (as do Manchester City).

4. The City of Manchester has been entirely transformed by UAE investment and the British state benefits to the tune of £30 billion per annum from financial support from Abu Dhabi. The threat by the UAE to terminate this investment is not based on grudge but on the evidences that show that Manchester City and the UAE have been maliciously targeted by a conspiratorial Cartel.
As The Financial Times reported:- "At a meeting with Jeremy Hunt in 2023, just after the charges had been landed by the Premier League, Khaldoon described it as 'an attack on an important Abu Dhabi asset by an unregulated cartel and an affront to some of the Emirates most respected companies.'"
David Bernstein asks "Is City too big to fail?" and our answer would be an emphatic "Yes".
We base this opinion on evidences that will be shared throughout this series of articles concerning the malicious targeting of Manchester City by organised crime.
