If bookmakers accept insider trading merely treating it as competitive advantage in the marketplace,

If bookmakers trade such knowledge at dark pool poker tables of corruption;

If bookmakers own football clubs and, on occasions, coerce players to perform appropriately,

If bookmakers create spot markets to corrupt the minutiae of in-play actions:

If agents are non-regulated and are the primary lubrication of criminalities in the sport,

If agents work together in a fragmented cartel to pool ownership of players to solicit matchfixing;

If agents are engaging in third party ownership and the trafficking of children from developing countries,

If agents pay backhanders to managers to pick certain players for mutual benefit:

If institutional bodies decide on winners and losers according to private agendas of power and marketing,

If institutional bodies incorporate systemic corruptions at top levels of the game;

If institutional bodies established to monitor insider trading and matchfixing are infrastructurally compromised,

If there are no global, EU or governmental actions to confront these corruptions:

If clubs, owners, managers, referees, agents, administrators and players bet on the outcomes of games,

If clubs exert power over lesser clubs in the same leagues with agreed outcomes being the norm;

If clubs focus more on unearthing lucrative marketing deals than on winning trophies,

If clubs built on debt can only survive by matchfixing their games:

If coercion, threats, menaces, violence and murders are the primary modes of controlling non-acquiescent individuals,

If transnational organised crime and global mafiosi are actively involved at all levels of corruption;

If suitcases of cash and offshore illicit money flows are the norm in financial transactions,

If there are administrators who facilitate these corruptions based on laissez faire capitalism:

If the Fit-and-Proper-Person Test results in clubs being owned by entirely unfit and entirely improper individuals,

If owners take over clubs to asset strip and to monetise the debris via inversion capitalism;

If money laundering, fraud, utilisation of offshore financial centres and beneficial ownership is the norm,

If clubs are held offshore for tax and/or regulatory avoidance to the benefit of the owners:

If spurious and fake arguments are repeatedly made against the use of video technology in the sport,
If there are no laws against insider trading and no Commitment of Traders' reports;

If there is widespread use of performance enhancing substances and their related masking agents,

If the market capitalisation of major clubs is dwarfed by global betting turnover on any of their matches:

If fans and the public are kept in the dark about all these machinations due to a blackout by the mainstream media,

If there is nowhere for whistleblowers to go with information about corruptions;

If the reward for being a criminalised player is a lifelong role as a media analyst or commentator,

If huge fortunes are being made while meritocracy is always trumped by the performativity of corrupt practices:

Then FOOTBALL IS FIXED as is everything within it,

Glossary Of Sky And BT Sport Commentating Terminologies

With corruption, insider trading, matchfixing and disinformation becoming the template of operation at Sky Sports and, in particular, BT Sports, here is a handy guide to translate the output that the media enterprises use to bewilder the viewer.

With commentators who understand little about the sport, expert summarisers who were corrupted during their playing careers, referees and clubs owned by gangsters and/or bookmakers and no video technology, the glossary below will help you translate the lies.

"On the edge of offside" - blatantly offside but linesman is linked to major bookmaker so we'll give him the benefit of the doubt.

"A thriller" - it doesn't matter that the game was a matchfixing event because Danny Murphy has designated it as a thriller.

"To be honest..." - even though I'm a barefaced liar who has been involved in corruption both during and after my career, I'm trying to convince you of my honesty in order to convey some pithy point.

"The referee got that decision spot on" - the pgMOB official has made what appears to the fan to be a mistake but is actually linked to insider trading by a mafia group so is consequently correct.

"The referee got that decision bob on" - as above except that the commentator has traded on the corruption himself.

"Our resident referee tells us that the ref got that decision absolutely right" - Howard Webb chats shit. He was a FIFA World Cup Final referee and we all know the corruption template that underpinned Blatter's empire.

"We need more characters like ############## in the game" - although ############## undertakes matchfixing, bungs, tax avoidance, he is a cheeky chap and entertains us.

"The ref was in a great position to see that" - referee saw the foul but decided not to give penalty due to coercion.

"He went down too easily for the ref to give a penalty there" - same as above.

"Only the slightest of contacts. Definitely not a penalty" - a full frontal assault that would always be a penalty if rules of the game were applied.

"He did well to stay on his feet" - a definite penalty.

"Joe Hart had no chance with that shot" - my grandmother could have saved that. Joe Hart is a Timeform Squiggle.

"The referee's line of sight was blocked" - the ref ignored foul and all of his assistants and the EPL Match Centre observers screamed through his earpiece not to give penalty.

"Definitely not offside" - Is offside but frame delayed and line drawn crookedly on graphics to provide disinformation to viewer.

"That was terrific" - I have no idea what is going on as I am public-school-educated south east white middle class freemason and I wouldn't recognise any football reality without the prompts of my producer.

"#### and the team will be here" - a gang of insider trading matchfixers will be here.

"####### has broken the Premier League record" - ####### uses EPO.

"######## should stop complaining about referees" - the pgMOB will continue to victimise ######### and the FA fine him until he realises that referee corruption is an integral part of the English game.

"This new breed of owner is surely good for the English game" - I wonder where the bodies are buried?

"El Clasico is the biggest game on the planet" - tax avoidance, corrupted match officials, sexual blackmail and memories of Franco underpin this match.

"####### is the fastest player in England" - ####### uses EPO, blood doping and nandrolone disguised with masking substances.

"####### is the home of football" - ####### is a boiler room scam of an operation operated by mafia men, tax avoiders, match fixers and those involved in third party player ownership.

"It is a fairy tale that ############## are top of the league" - It is systemic corruption and the power of certain individuals that means ############## are top of the league.

"Welcome to the Camp Nou where the weather is unseasonably warm and it is a pleasure to be here" - it's fucking freezing here in UK but I'm pretending that I'm in Barcelona.

"############## don't draw matches" - this match is a definite nailed-on agreed draw.

"Surely ########### will be in the England set up soon" - ###########'s agent has slipped me a brown envelope.

"England has some promising youngsters emerging" - we must keep ########### in charge despite worst World Cup performance in history as we are all creaming it at the expense of the game.

"You have to respect the referee" - the referee is owned by triads who have evidence of him entertaining a lady boy. He does as he is told.

The Planned Matchfixing Of El Clasico

EXCLUSIVE

The Assistant Referee who claims that he was told to show bias towards Real Madrid over Barcelona is Jorge Canelo Prieto.

Prieto registered a complaint with his lawyers over having been approached by the referee on behalf of a senior figure on La Liga's Referee Committee to favour the Madrilenos - it is now perceived in Spain that biased officiating from the match referee is too obvious.

The Assistant Referee also alleges that he received a phonecall from a senior member of the Referees' Committee advising him it would be "intelligent" to follow the instructions for the progression of his career (http://www.telegraph.co.uk/sport/football/teams/real-madrid/11947292/El-Clasico-corruption-storm-as-linesman-told-to-favour-Real-Madrid-by-referee-in-La-Liga-clash-with-Barcelona.html).

As a consequence, the announcement of the match officials for El Clasico was delayed.
Intriguingly, the release of the officials was timed for 21:00 hrs last Tuesday which coincided with the kick off of the England v France spectacle and would have been during the Belgium v Spain match if it had not been postponed.

Prieto has been replaced by Diego Barbero Sevilla but the match referee remains David Fernandez Borbolan.

The La Liga president is Javier Tebas...
... he has recently gone public as being a Real Madrid fan.

The HMRC Tax Avoidance List Of Shame

Some of the biggest names in British football face combined losses of up to £1 billion and financial ruin following the HMRC declaring investment vehicles illegal.

Many footballers rushed into these schemes as an 'enlightened' method of tax avoidance.

One agent frequently mentioned on our blogs was quoted in The Guardian as saying he believed there had been a culture of seeking to minimise tax bills. He said that although the players earned salaries way beyond the realities of ordinary people, the consequent size of the tax bills leads richer people to resent paying tax more than the less well paid.

These individuals, who in the main, are multi multi-millionaires allowed their greed to get the better of them as they rushed into 'profiting' from Kingsbridge Asset Management and Ingenious (sic) Films and Games - a pair Ponzis if ever they existed - schemes set up to enrich senior hierarchical figures at the expense of the gullible.
The investments were made in film, games and property.

You might notice that many of these names have been frequently mentioned on the pages of our family of blogs.

Danny Murphy, who owes £2.5 million on one of these schemes, is said to have "felt angry" over the alleged mis-selling of tax avoidance products.

One has to wonder why our BBC license tax is used to reward those engaged in tax avoidance.

On an entirely separate level, it is found generally in football that financially distressed clubs and players are the ones that are approached by global matchfixing operations as these entities chase their losses via the underground markets...
... or such clubs and players collaborate with other distressed entities to mutual financial benefit.

We can only be grateful that the individuals above do not fall into this category.

But still.
Pay your taxes.
Over 1 million Britons depend on foodbanks to survive while you shower of rich bastards try and avoid paying a fair share of your colossal net wealth.

After Redknapp and Rosie the dog, and Rangers and Regan, football appears to continue to have taxing matters.

Orangeopoli

When it was discovered in May 2006 that a number of clubs in Italy had been abusing the integrity of the sport by utilising football agents to bribe referees to undertake matchfixing, Juventus were stripped of two Serie A titles, relegated and missed out on Champions League money for two seasons.

The Scudettos were given to the 2nd placed team. 

This was despite evidence at the time and since that suggested AC Milan were equally culpable and should also have been relegated but Silvio Berlusconi pulled strings and calciopoli was, in effect, a direct targeting of the Old Lady of Turin.
Three other clubs - Fiorentina, Lazio and Reggina - received lesser slaps on the wrists.

Additionally, 16 individuals were banned for various periods from any footballing activities and three spent time in jail.
Referees De Santis, Paparesta, Racalbuto, Cassara, Pieri, Dattilo, Bertini and Gabriele were also banned for their parts in the corruption.

So.
Solid evidence.
Selective prosecution.

Fast forward to Scotland 2015 and the HMRC's victory against Rangers in the Big Tax Case.
Rangers won a number of titles when almost the entire playing squad were in receipt of illicit payments the existence of which have been repeatedly denied in a variety of manners over a period of 16 years.
Rangers attracted players that they simply would not have been able to purchase without the EBTs.

Orangeopoli.

As the HMRC said in judgement yesterday: "... so far as the footballers are concerned, at least, it seems to us that if bonuses had not been paid they may well have taken their services elsewhere. We realise that the fifth respondent [RFC2012] was in, potentially, a difficult financial position, competing for good players in an international market where other countries might not have the same rigorous approach to taxation as the United Kingdom. Nevertheless, the law is clear: the payments made in respect of footballers were in our view derived from their employment and thus the payments were emoluments or earnings."


Evidence was concealed from this Commission rendering its conclusions obsolete and non-robust.

Juventus were stripped of two titles and relegated even when there was a degree of doubt about their share of complicity in matchfixing.

There is no such doubt with Rangers.
Titles were won illegally.
Extensive efforts have been made by representatives of the club to cover up these realities.

Regardless of any other prosecutions and/or inquiries, the club that was liquidated in 2012 should have their now redundant history adjusted to show that they weren't quite as successful a club as future generations might otherwise think.

So.
#StripTheTitles.
And prosecutions and life bans for those found guilty of fraudulent behaviours.
Relegation would have been a further punishment but, of course, the club no longer exists except as a memory.

And all these smokescreens relating to 'remits' and 'distortions of Scottish law' are exactly that - smokescreens.

And asterisks? Not enough.

The following communications and interactions were enjoyed between December 7th and 20th 2011.

Andrew Dickson to Ali Russell (cc Craig Whyte) - Dec 7th 2011:

"Regarding Rangers getting a license for next season (following email from Stephen Kerr to Andrew Dickson and Carol Patton) - enclosed email from Stewart Regan."

Regan: "Further to my discussion yesterday with Andrew on the matter of Rangers FC's European license I would like to release the following statement..."

STATEMENT: In light of persistent speculation across all media, the SFA would like to clarify the position in regard to RFC's license to play in Europe as governed by Article 50 of the UEFA regulations. It is noted from the report submitted to the Licensing Committee of RFC's advisers Grant Thornton UK LLP, dated 30th March 2011 that "All the recorded payroll taxes at December 31st 2010 have, according to the accounting records of the Club, since that date been paid in full by March 31st 2011, with the exception of the continuing discussion between the Club and HMRC in relation to a potential liability of £2.8m associated with contributions between 1999 and 2003 into a discounted option scheme. These amounts have been provided for in full within the interim financial statements."

Regan: "Since the potential liability was under discussion by RFC and HMRC as at 31st March 2011, it could not be considered an overdue payable as defined by Article 50."

"... we would prefer no comment or the following: 'We have looked at this matter and there is no issue with the license granted to Rangers from the SFA."

Internal RFC Communication from Ali Russell to Craig Whyte, Andrew Dickson, Fiona Goodall (cc Ramsay Smith, Stephen Kerr, Gary Withey) - Dec 7th 2011:

"All sorted. Held until further notice and I have agreed we will meet Stewart and Campbell for dinner in the next couple of weeks to discuss bigger issues."

Dinner was duly served to Campbell Ogilvie, Stewart Regan and Craig Whyte at 19:30 hours on December 20th 2011 at Hotel du Vin in Glasgow.

It is our belief that Craig Whyte recorded this meeting in discussion of "bigger issues".

There are hundreds of questions that we might ask (particularly on the day that EBTs resurfaced) but we'll restrict ourselves to seven:

                                  EBT Recipients With Red Faces - A Fair Competition?

1) How was a member club of the SFA able to orchestrate SFA policy and actions against the interests of the wider Scottish game, UEFA and the HMRC?

2) The SFA knew from the Craig Whyte Takeover Statement of June 3rd 2011 that Rangers had an actual tax liability but failed to raise the issue of compliance with Article 66 with HMRC as they should have done under Article 43 of UEFA FFP. Were the SFA negligent or fraudulent at the taxpayer's expense? Either way, why is Stewart Regan still in a job?

3) It would appear that the lunatics have taken over the asylums in Scotland. How on earth was one of the EBT orchestrators Andrew Dickson (also the Head of Football Administration at Ibrox when Whyte was appointed) selected onto the SFA Congress by the SPFL this summer?

4) Campbell Ogilvie always resides just outside the room but he was present at meeting of The Rangers Employee Remuneration Committee meeting chaired by David Murray and attended by Ogilvie as Secretary and David Odam (then financial controller) on September 10th 1999. This was when the first Discount Option Scheme EBT was agreed to be provided to Craig Moore. If the dinner in December 2011 was to discuss "bigger issues", what could be bigger than the illicit EBT incentivisations and, at the very least, the misleading of the HMRC and other bodies?

5) When David Murray and Group Tax Manager Ian MacMillan wrote to HMRC on April 7th 2005 stating: "I have now completed my review of the players' personnel files at Rangers and confirm that there are no contract variations or side agreements for any of the players" - what variation of economy with truth was being utilised to mislead the EBT investigation? 

6) Ogilvie instigated the first type of EBT and received £95,000 from the second. Consequently, surely all decisions reached by David Murray's next-door neighbour Lord Nimmo Smith should be similarly discounted due to concealed evidence?

7) So. When do Celtic get the stolen titles back?

A Very Select Group

There are two SYSTEMIC templates of corruption underpinning Barclays Premier League Season 2015/2016.

One of these involves the targeting of CHELSEA.

The other doesn't.

But both involve officials and insiders who are corrupting Premier League outcomes to a private agenda.
This makes Real Madrid's control of one assistant referee for el Clásico seem peripheral in the extreme!

CHELSEA are fully aware of this problematical pgMOB Very Select Group. 

Jose Mourinho to journalists: "My view is not important because the way you write is 'the truth'. There is no space for a discussion because 'the truth' is the truth."

The pgMOB officials selected for Stoke v Chelsea on Saturday next had better achieve their job targets as otherwise Chelsea have a very easy run of games until xmas and the coup will not be landed.

Banning Mourinho from the stadium is a good start! 

Through various inputs, we have FULL PROOF of this SYSTEMIC MATCHFIXING in relation to both the EPL and CHELSEA...

After all, over 20% of Premier League games this season have been matchfixing events.
And 70% of BT Sport live events have been corrupted which presumably explains the characters hanging around this media platform.

2. Comparative Data Across Major European Leagues 

The only team treated to as many negative refereeing decisions as Chelsea across Europe are Stuttgart (a gambling team in the Bundesliga).
The next clubs in the listing are Carpi and Getafe.
There has never been an example of a major team being treated to such negative officiating in last two decades. 

But the treatment of Chelsea spreads further - harsh sending off and penalty against Thibaut Courtois in the opening match of the season, the banning of Diego Costa for three matches with Gabriel's punishment reduced, all appeals against any regulatory matters always finding against the club regardless of merit, numerous incorrect decisions on the field of play and a mainstream media agenda coordinated by those linked to the Very Select Group.

Chelsea are being systemically mugged to get Jose Mourinho out of the English game as he refuses to ignore systemic (and other) corruptions perpetrated by pgMOB match officials.
Other managers have learnt to be quiet once the abusive officiating is repeated but Mourinho won't shut up...
... and he has the evidence.

The proof of the systemic matchfixing involving match officials, administrators, a player at Chelsea, certain mainstream media, selected agents and bookmakers is watertight and emanates from three different sources - insider, analytical and observations of communications.

6. Options and Futures 

Our cellular network are left with an interesting array of options for different potential futures.

There is nowhere in Britain that we can go with this evidence as the corruption is systemic and includes all institutions and bodies supposed to protect us from matchfixing and fraud.

UEFA and FIFA are fucked.

Europol and Interpol are immensely selective in the corruptions that they expose.

The British mainstream media is, to an extent, complicit in the systemic nature at play and they rarely pertain a proximity to truth and integrity even at the best of times.

So while we take considerable risks to publicise the Very Select Group, the Telegraph and the Guardian both treated us to the transfer 'rumour' that links Theo Walcott with a January move to Barcelona.

This is apparently based on disclosures by El Mundo Deportivo.
Such disclosures do not exist.
The story is fake.
These media are treating fans with contempt.

And, of course, these fake disclosures are nowhere near as important as the activities of some of those positioned rather close to Mr Walcott regarding the Very Select Group.

7. Conclusion 

There is a very strong linkage between the systemic matchfixing underpinning the EPL and the coordinated corruptions providing a new template of abuse for the Scottish game - the EPL and SPFL are joined at the hip.

Mike Ashley's Newcastle United are a very key cog in this linkage.
