Hitting The Mattresses

The Moment You Know You Know You Know...
... exposing 'Football Leaks' for the charlatans that they are.

A shady operation, 'Football Leaks' have been releasing stolen contracts and documents since September 2015. Their play on 'Wikileaks', a proper sousveillance organisation established for the good of us all, is a misnomer, 'Football Leaks' cannot hack, they cannot protect themselves digitally and their aim is private profit.

'Football Leaks' are simply a criminal organisation.
_______________________________________________________________________________

What's Going On?

FIFA and UEFA have disintegrated.

There are no institutions protecting the integrity of the beautiful game, not that there were when Blatter and Platini were playing their 'pass the brown envelope' charades.
Like all good mafia men, the Dynamic Duo further deconstructed the validity of the sport before exiting stage right by shelving Financial Fair Play regulations and ending the licensing of football agents.

Cowboy capitalism has taken over.

But FIFA did undertake to produce one final piece of valid regulation prior to the FBI and the Swiss authorities moving onto the scene.
In April 2015, the football world's governing body introduced a document on football governance entitled "Third-Party Ownership of Players' Economic Rights" which banned such ownership worldwide from May Day 2015 http://www.fifa.com/mm/document/affederation/footballgovernance/02/59/55/80/third-partyownershipofplayerseconomicrights-backgroundinformation_neutral.pdf).

Prior to this, multiple ownership wasn't illegal on the Iberian peninsula and was consequently commonplace.
It was illegal though in the Premier League following the Carlos Tevez and Javier Mascherano affair but it continued anyway under the watchful gaze of Richard Scudamore.

However, being Blatter, the regulation was undermined by his other actions leading Jean-Pierre Louvel, the head of the French association of professional clubs, to state: "It was already difficult to know the exact identity of a player's agent. Now it's going to be worse."

Who Are 'Football Leaks'?

'Football Leaks' (FL) began life as a shoddy little operation that purportedly tried to shakedown Doyen Sports over Third Party Ownership (TPO) of players primarily in Portugal.
FL deny these extortion attempts but the Portuguese police claim to have evidence which would appear to be robust.

Nelio Lucas of Doyen received the first email demanding payment on October 3rd 2015 as detailed in Spanish newspaper AS (http://futbol.as.com/futbol/2016/01/23/internacional/1453561644_635176.html).

In translation, the email stated: "500,000 euros or a million euros would be a good gift for this material. I am a man of my word and have no interest in harming you or your collaborators."

AS describes FL as an "international criminal organisation" which is exactly what they were to become.

FL's Superman had accessed contracts and documents relating to TPO and Doyen at Sporting Clube de Portugal (and elsewhere).
It was these contracts and documents that were the basis of the shenanigans.
These contracts were not hacked.
They were stolen.
FL's hacking skills have always been whack.

The 'Football Leaks' family are merely crooks and hoaxers.

In the aftermath of this series of attempted tax claims, Superman met a fantasist agent with a keen grudge over affairs at Sporting Clube and an interest in targeting a Mr Big. This agent, we'll call him Mr Small, came with an offer to take over the media side of FL's operations and clean up the scam with a good dose of reputation management.
Documents also surfaced relating to Doyen and Twente Enschede which, by fluke, had also been stolen after a business arrangement went awry.
It is worthy of note that Mr Small can't hack either.

But Mr Small represented other bosses who were much more interested in Mr Big than in Doyen.

Mr Small and Superman have made big claims that FL is for the fans.
It isn't.
It is for a mob.

What's The Story?

Mr Small together with his fellow bosses in the Anglo Saxon world, ###### and representatives of certain football clubs and certain refereeing overseers had hatched a plan to fix football matches in the Premier League and La Liga starting from the beginning of this season.
And fix matches they did with fully ##% of referees in the two leagues being brought into the crime family.
##%!!

However, there was a spanner in the works in the shape of a Special One who refused to stay quiet about corruption in the English game. Mr Small and his mafia crime hierarchy matchfixed the Special One out of the Premier League which was not taken kindly by Mr Big resulting ############# ############## fragmenting further into warring factions.

Battles raged in San Sebastian, Swansea, Madrid and the battlefield remains bloody in Valencia.

Mr Big is being directly targeted by FL's disclosures yet the people that form an alliance with Superman undertake the same illegal and criminal practices themselves.

Since we started disclosing our evidences, the British side of this battle have fallen to pieces by putting out contradictory and self-harming media releases while matchfixing has become blindingly obvious to any knowledgeable spectator.

In the last week, the following games have been systemic matchfixing events in England - Norwich v Liverpool, ######## v ########, ####### v #######, ####### v #######, Swansea v Watford, ####### v ####### and ########### v #########. Not all corruptions were landed with injury time at Carrow Road wiping the smiles from the faces of certain high-flyers at a well known television channel.
A similar number of events have been matchfixed in La Liga with Saturday's ############## versus ############# standing out as the most obvious scam.

Who Is Losing Out?

The fans, other agents, sponsors, advertisers, bettors on the wrong side of scams, Sky and BT Sport subscribers and readers of the mainstream media in England, some of which grease the systemic corruption - all are having the piss taken out of them by a bunch of multi-millionaires who are addicted to the profits of criminality.

The leagues have become a complete farce with 'shock' results becoming so regular that non-shock results are shocking!

And attendances are plummeting in La Liga and the EPL.

Meanwhile the abusers have the chutzpah to claim ownership of integrity - "Thank you for all your support in our fight for transparency in the world of football!" recently shouted the fantasists and the hoaxers.
Forget about it and let's consider how to strike back.

What Can Be Done?

As there are no functioning football institutions with any degree of integrity, we are limited in the scope of actions against these sporting mafiosi.
Additionally, investigative journalist Andrew Jennings has shown ####################### ###################
###########################################################################
But there are still an array of strong responses.

1) Sousveillance of data, actions and inactions - my favourite current operation is the Coletive Papo Reto in the favelas of Rio de Janeiro who video police extra-judicial killings and bring the rogue officers to court. We can all film and record.

2) Although 'Football Leaks' can't hack, other individuals can and white hat hacking utilising the shocking lack of internet security to digitally trespass and slurp data to facilitate the free flow of information is certainly a strategy for those of a lulzy state of mind. Nothing could be easier.

3) Police should be making arrests over the stolen information in Portugal, the Netherlands and the UK and, who knows, they may well do so.

4) Agents evade tax rampantly and focus on Offshore Financial Centres (OFCs) to launder their already illicit gains. There are those who hack into these OFCs and release the data and, furthermore, there are those who network these releases bottom-up to recreate the Tor-like networks used to obfuscate the corruptions. Sometimes the tax authorities of state do their regulatory business too...

5) Once cartels fragment, the mask of omerta slips and self-motivated psychopathy becomes the art of war of choice. The rewards for spilling the beans on opponents magnifies in such windows.

How Are Things Going To Develop?

Agents are destroying the sport on which they leech. Via their excessive percentages resulting in spiralling transfer fees at the expense of the game, multiple ownership of players between agents, coercion of players, the matchfixing of games, control of mainstream media and a tendency to reside in the moral gutter, this largely non-regulated body of shysters has succeeded in destroying the world's favourite sport.

As with FIFA and UEFA, Blatter and Platini, and the ExCo crooks from around the world, time is not on their side.

Chilean journalist Juan Cristóbal Guarello: "The FBI has arrested them [FIFA executives] for doing what they always did without reproach: behaving as a bigwig in the world of professional football. All the allegations that they face (fraud and money laundering) are everyday elements of their activity. That is to say they are an essential part of football for rent."

Stickybeaking The Standover Man

All We Want Is A Fair Suck Of The Sauce Bottle

Sport with associated corruptions has been entirely transformed in Australia since the arrival of the Pommie Bastard Bookies over the last decade.
It is the new English disease.

It makes one mad as a cut snake.

For fuck's sake, the soccer referees over here are no longer called referees but "Entertainment Facilitators".
Where is the allowance for that in the Rules of the Game?

This post examines the systemic corruption and massive insider trading involving English bookmakers in the FA Cup Third Round this weekend while the follow-up post looks at the possibility of video technology being introduced into the competition from next season.

So what's the John Dory?
_____________________________________________________________________________

Dobbing The Moolah In The FA Cup

The FA Cup claims to be the oldest cup competition in the world but, like the oldest profession in the world, it is now controlled by pimps and the underworld.

(Incidentally, the FA Cup is preceded by the Melbourne Grammar School-Scotch College Cordner-Eggleston Australian Rules Football Cup which was founded 13 years earlier).

The seven largest pre-match football trades at Betfair this season all occurred on the FA Cup televised games this weekend and all were landed - one trade against Liverpool beating Exeter, one on Man Utd beating Sheffield United and five on Chelsea defeating Scunthorpe.

Taking these games in turn...

Exeter City v Liverpool   Somebody had the foresight to bet over £300K against the Liverpudlians winning.
The boil-over was a winner after Key Sports Management's Adam Bogdan let in the only two Exeter shots on target (one direct from a corner).
The fix was covered up (obviously entirely unintentionally) by co-commentator Danny Murphy who chatted his usual shades of shit and furphy.
Big bet.
No drama.

Man Utd v Sheffield United Andre Marriner was replaced as referee by Jonathan Moss very late on. This was a bizarre decision as Moss had refereed Man Utd v Swansea just last weekend and had overseen 10 Man Utd wins and 1 draw in his other appearances for the Red Devils.
Additionally, we have pointed out highly suspicious betting patterns on historical Manchester United matches officiated by Tubs Moss for example the fake penalty and fake sending off that helped land a £500K bet against Crystal Palace in September 2013 (http://footballisfixed.blogspot.co.uk/2015/10/mobgate.html).
As we entered injury time, Man Utd had only mustered one shot on target which, fortunately for the individual who had placed a £300K position on the Mancs at Betfair, became two after Moss awarded an injury time penalty.
Nigel Atkins (Sheffield United manager): "It's a shame that in the 92nd or 93rd minute that an honest endeavour to put a block in has given the referee an opportunity to award a penalty."
Big bet.
Shonky decision.
Fair dinkum.

Chelsea v Scunthorpe With Craig Pawson and Lee Mason teaming up for a BT Sport insider trading event (http://footballisfixed.blogspot.co.uk/2015/12/bizarre-patterns-indicative-of-systemic.html), five huge bets representing fully 55% of the pre-match book at Betfair just prior to the off were landed by Chelsea's triumph.
Some insiders took the gamble further by selling Chelsea on the Asian Handicaps not to win by more than two goals!
The key decision was Pawson denying Scunthorpe a clear cut penalty after 53 minutes with the score 1-0.
The match outcome was corrupted and was London to a brick.

"Which one of you bastards called this bastard a bastard (in the black)?"

In the other two live events, referee Michael Oliver was Wycombe Wanderers' twelfth man giving a very dubious penalty against Villa causing the Brummies manager Remi Garde to comment:  "I am not sure it was really a penalty but that is the game."
'Tis in England, mate.
Volunteers had repaired several hundred seats at  Adams Park during the week leading up to BT Sport's live coverage (no trickledown effect in ScudamoreWorld),

Meanwhile, the slowly deteriorating BBC decided to keep it in the family for the Lineker Derby between Spurs and Leicester which was sweet for all concerned. (http://footballisfixed.blogspot.co.uk/2015/11/the-hmrc-tax-avoidance-list-of-shame.html).

Holy Dooley The Drongo Dills Are Set For The Divvy Van

The systemic corruption being orchestrated and activated in the Premier League this season exported its detritus to the FA Cup.
The Magic of the Cup has become the Tragic of the Murk.

It was bad enough when those close to Sam Allardyce short-sold West Ham United in their 0-5 defeat to Championship Nottingham Forest in season 13/14 (http://footballisfixed.blogspot.co.uk/2014/01/fixed-match-crying-child-english.html), but this year integrity went entirely walkabout.

Fat Sam, up himself as usual, donned his Ned Kelly mask when, tongue firmly in bloated cheek, he spat: "I'll be very interested in seeing Swansea's team tomorrow and seeing how many first team players they play."

Mock the ocker, mate...

In the olden days, betting turnover on the early rounds of the FA Cup was minuscule as the South East Asian marketmakers weren't interested in pricing up second tier events to any level of volume.
This has changed with Cashopoli, England's version of Calciopoli - corruption gone troppo.

Why don't Betfair report voluminous insider trading?

Why don't English referees apologise for their voluminous errors?
Australian A-League ref Ben Williams recently made a televised apology for errors in recent Western Sydney v Adelaide United match.

Why was Jonathan Moss given his second home Manchester United game in a week with his historical bias towards the Mancunians?

These characters are cooking their golden goose of corruption as they grab their illicit millions at the expense of the game.

The attendance at Old Trafford was so small that no mainstream media are reporting it and who cares about the Liverpool fans who travelled all the way down to Devon to watch a BBC Boiler Room Scam for the benefit of insiders?
Personally, I wouldn't piss on the likes of Moss, Murphy, Lineker and their orchestrators even if they were on fire but they should remember that football without fans (and mug bettors) is nothing.

Their systemic manipulations are several stubbies short of a six-pack of soccer sincerity...
... strewth!

Bunch of bastards.

Football's Wikileaks

The corrupt structures undermining the integrity of football always strip down to two criminalised sectors - football agents and market makers/ bookmakers.

In September, Football Leaks (https://footballleaks2015.wordpress.com/) started releasing documents relating to the Third Party Ownership (TPO) of footballers with focus on Portugal, Spain and England. Particularly targeted was the world's most influential agent - Jorge Mendes of Gestifute.

Football Leaks' first major success came with the banning of Twente Enschede for allowing player ownership by a shady Maltese company called Doyen Sports (http://www.doyensports.com/en/home.html). The KNVB banned Twente from European competition for three years and fined the club €42,250 resulting in the Dutch club's chairman Aldo van der Laan resigning over the issue of TPO.
Steve McClaren was manager of Twente when the Doyen Sports 'investment strategy' was undertaken (http://www.nytimes.com/2015/12/16/sports/soccer/mysterious-website-aims-to-shed-light-on-soccer-dealings.html?ref=sports&_r=1).

As James Montague and Sam Borden say in the above article: "In other words, the arrangement put Twente in a position in which it had an incentive, other than what was in the best interest of the club, to sell key players so outsiders could profit."

McClaren, of course, is now manager of Mike Ashley's Newcastle United.

Football Leaks: "Based on the documents published by Football Leaks about Doyen Sports there was the perception that the original investor would be Malik Ali, but with a closer look at the following excel file we came to the conclusion that there is a secret document and the real investor is Refik Arif.
The money circuit began with the signing of a document on July 25, 2011, where Refik Arif undertook to lend Malik Ali an amount not exceeding 100 million euros, with a seven years term and interest of 4,5% per annum, as shown in the list.
All these documents show that TPO entities operate exactly as offshore structures, there is no transparency and in most cases no one will ever know the real investors!
https://mega.nz/#!cRpGVYKR!6Zf2-bPXuooueUtswHHTDvBkvA_WW37wC1BA1CpPjjI"
Initially, the response of the European Football Family was to appreciate Gestifute being knocked slightly off their pedestal of power but ####################################
#############################################################

In mature and corrupt market sectors, psychopathic competitive behaviours are the norm until the sectors as a whole are threatened and then parties coalesce in a fragmented cartel of self interest.

Doyen (with input from other impacted parties) employed a two-bit security operation called Marclay Associates (MA) to hack into Football Leaks to terminate the operation.
MA are a joke. Founded by ex covert military intelligence operator Jake Hockley, the company has no turnover, limited assets and is run from the backroom of an estate agents in Walton on the Hill in Surrey, England.
MA's hacking skills leave a lot to be desired...
... Anonymous they are not.
MA was selected as Hockley used to be employed by Entourage Sports and Entertainment (http://www.entourage-global.com/) who work alongside Real Madrid, Porto and a South East Asian bookmaker. Additionally, ###################################################
#########################################################################
###################################################################
########################################################################

TPO was banned in the Premier League (and in Britain generally) after the Carlos Tevez and Javier Mascherano fiasco of 2006 when West Ham United breached EPL rules on TPO.

Yet Football Leaks have revealed that the practice continues at the highest levels of the English game.

The following current English-based players are third party-owned - Nicolás Otamendi and Eliaquim Mangala (Manchester City), Marcos Rojo (Manchester United), Radamel Falcao (Chelsea), Dusan Tadic and Cédric Soares (Southampton), Eric Dier (Spurs) and, unsurprisingly, Cheikhou Kouyaté of West Ham United. Additionally, Fulham's loaned out Greek international Konstantinos Mitroglou and current Brighton and Hove Albion transfer target Miller Bolanos are third party individuals.

This is illegal under Premier League and Football League rules.

Furthermore, Leicester City, AFC Bournemouth, Southampton and Sheffield Wednesday have contractual arrangements worthy of focus.
And, in Europe, Real Madrid, Atlético Madrid, Valencia, Granada, Monaco, Benfica, Sporting Lisbon, Porto etc etc are vehicles for TPO - remember Sergio Aguero refusing to change his agent to Gestifute in order to join Real Madrid?

Agents can destroy as well as make careers for clients - witness how Key Sports Management/Legion (KSM/L) have demolished Saido Berahino after he left to join Aidy Ward's agency. ##########################################################################
###################################################################
################################

TPO is a major issue as agents or fragmented cartels of agents can utilise their ownership of players to undertake matchfixing

Let us look at four brief examples of problems relating to agents and betting markets.

1. The Manchester United v Real Madrid Champions League match of season 2012/13 was a match dominated by the inputs of Gestifute clients. The outcome was always in Gestifute's hands.
##########################################################################
###################################################################
#######################################################################
#############################################

2. Last night's La Liga match between Valencia and Real Madrid was virtually non-tradable without inside information. Gestifute represented a quarter of the players on the pitch including Pepe who gave away a penalty. In Spain, it is regarded as a major issue that Mendes has such influence over both these clubs.
###############################################################
##################################################################
################################################################
#####################################################################
#####################

3. A different type of agent-based structure was exhibited in the Fulham versus Wigan Athletic Premier League match in season 2008/09 http://footballisfixed.blogspot.co.uk/2013/05/happy-anniversary-to-roy-hodgson.html.

4. Returning to the present and Brighton and Hove Albion's attempts to purchase Miller Bolanos in the January transfer window. Brighton are owned by Tony Bloom, an ex-bookmaker, a professional gambler, a professional poker player, ########################################
#####################################################
When Gus Poyet was manager of the club, he complained to us that Bloom required Brighton team information and other external information on global Uruguayan players at particular specific timings related to activities in the South East Asian betting markets...
... betting, insider trading and TPO seems to add up to a fit and proper person nowadays!

Football fans struggle with the concept of player loyalties being to their agent rather than their current club - kissing the badge is a marketing exercise as players are really kissing the hands of their offshore wealth management representatives.

Ronaldo recently bought Jorge Mendes a Greek island so we understand where his loyalties lie!

But it is a step further into the mire of the black market when players are owned by shady or entirely hidden investment operations.
Matchfixing is guaranteed in such structures.

There are links here to the SFA/Rangers corruptions in Scotland (http://footballisfixed.blogspot.co.uk/2015/11/an-arranged-marriage-between-rangers.html), the Jonathan Moss/John Colquhoun MOBgate saga in England (http://footballisfixed.blogspot.co.uk/2015/10/mobgate.html) and the current Cashopoli systemic matchfixing in the Premier League which, in part, was established to target Jorge Mendes client Jose Mourinho (http://footballisfixed.blogspot.co.uk/2015/12/bizarre-patterns-indicative-of-systemic.html).

What goes around comes around in the corrupted marketplaces of global football.
